Agreement

By using horizondesigns.com.br or any product operated by Horizon Designs LTDA (“Horizon”, “we”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our products.

Use of the site

You may view and interact with this website for personal or commercial research purposes. You may not:

• Use the site in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site
• Copy or reuse substantial portions of our content, designs, or copy without written permission

Products

Unless a product’s App Store listing states otherwise, Horizon apps downloaded from the App Store are licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If a product ever uses its own license agreement, it will be linked from its App Store listing and from this site. These terms do not replace that license.

Each app also has its own privacy policy, listed in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and code — is the property of Horizon Designs LTDA or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Disclaimers

The site and any pre-release product information are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Features, release dates, and pricing for unreleased products may change at any time.

Health and fitness

Glup and any other Horizon product with fitness, health or body-tracking features are provided for general informational and motivational purposes only. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

• Consult a physician or other qualified health professional before starting a new exercise program, changing your diet or hydration habits, or if you have any medical condition.
• Heart rate, calorie, body composition and hydration figures are estimates and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical decisions.
• Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any other discomfort.
• You exercise at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizon is not responsible for any injury or health problem arising from your use of these products.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizon Designs LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
